Pros
Managers receive free or highly discounted rent. Two small company events per year with lunch provided, on company time. Small bonus at end of year.
Cons
Total disrespect from upper management. Training and team building is almost non-existent. You're hired with the most positive and upbeat attitude with talks of training and providing excellent customer service to residents. Once you start working here, you find there is little to no training and you are reprimanded verbally in a completely disrespectful way.
