Benefits are unbeatable, great office space to work in, helpful employee resources that are organized. The interview process is thorough and places an importance on team input. Board regualrly supports raises and pop up holidays. Constantly evolving technology.
Cons
Leadership can be toxic-all hired within the last few years tend to be friends of friends. Decisions often are made through favoritism rather than fairness or strategy. The culture is that the VPs/directors are always right and everyone should strive to make them happy.
