Cons

leadership, bait and switch, I worked for ABLEMKR for 3 months as a sales territory representative and I wouldn't put this job and company on my worst enemy. There were upfront set expectations that were quickly switched from the initial interview. Eveything from mileage, to daily job expectations, we were told this was a remote role, which quickly became a hybrid role with expectations of being in the office everyday for an outside sales role. The leadership team was constantly asked for materials so that we could understand the scope of positions we were supposed to go after and the details that the contractor work would entail as any staffing agency would provide for new employees. They were never given and this was asked for from week one. Fast forward to end of February there was a family emergency and I was told to resign or I would be let go from the company. The company had lastly set expectations on after three months there would be automatic deposit of PTO as opposed to an accrual and on my final check they are not willing to pay out the PTO. The only business they have accrued since the beginning has been friends and family of the owners. My co-worker at the time was also let go as the company puts you on a 60 day plaan to bring them business or they cut ties. He was also paid to not leave a job review on glassdoor.
