This is a great place to work, full of talented, hard working people. Managers actively seek to mentor and uplift those they supervise.
Cons
The most successful person at the company certainly fits a "type." There is not a lot of room for diversity or different approaches to things, and change is slow. That said, the leadership team are actively addressing this and working to improve.
