Struggle to find one, maybe pay for me specifically, but that likely isnt the case for others.
Small number of employees on site. Easy to use systems.

The office is the most toxic I have ever worked in. Management protects under performing employees while requesting other staff picks up the slack. There is a lot of tension that could easily be resolved but doesn’t get the look. Turn over in extremely high with only a handful of employees who have been there for longer than a year. Throw your job description out the window as they will ask you to do tasks you would not normally be qualified for.
