      Autonomy to do your job. Positive reinforcement from senior leadership. You are definitely a name and not a number. Everyone is involved, you are part of a team.

      Struggle to find one, maybe pay for me specifically, but that likely isnt the case for others.

      Pros

      Good equipment. Upper management has a focus on growth and service. Terminal footprint is huge. LIke anybody else there are good days and bad days but overall this is a company where you can learn a lot. If you want to learn or develop skills, they will put the opportunity right in front of you. The free vacation properties were a huge plus.
