Love working here - Head of Marketing and Communications ABCD Agency Employee Review

I joined the agency almost 2 years ago as an intern, and the management has given me the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. The type of work we do is super interesting for those who loves PR or Marketing, and one of the biggest strengths the agency has is the team, the work environment is really nice, everyone is super creative and there are always new things to learn. We also work for several clients and sectors, which makes the work exciting every day.

One of the issues a new employee might find at ABCD would be the workload sometimes, as mentioned above, we have several clients and from time to time it happens that we have projects that need to be release at the same time, but as I said the team is amazing and we always try to help everyone, making all the projects to be released on time and having happy clients.

- Management team is really cool, they listen and always want what is best for the team - Flexible working hours and home office is possible - Location of the office is pretty nice, right at eberswalderstraße - The office itself is nice, open space and enough meeting rooms - The team is international, spanish, british, dutch etcs., and everyone gets along - Flat hierarchies, everyone joins brainstorms, founders as well as interns - A lot of room for creative input

- Processes are not always 100% clear, but a lot of effort is being made though when it comes to explanations and documentation - The office has no air-conditioning (not necessarily bad, but when it is super hot outside, you feel it hehe) - It can get a bit hectic at times, but then again - that's agency life and I love it
