Pros
My regional manager, Deanna Abbott, is the greatest boss I've ever had. She is supportive, attentive, and she cares. She cares about employees and residents. She legit inspires me, and her energy and passion makes her a boss that you actually like to be around. I love this company for many reasons. I like that there is a lot of drive for teamwork, and for care towards our residents. I love that the company brings us together as one every year for our managers meeting, which makes me feel like I'm a part of something bigger. I love that they throw us all an annual Christmas party. It shows me that they care about the people that work for them, and would like to give back in some way. Another reason I love this company, is that they understand how overwhelming and demanding our jobs can be, and they help balance that with PTO, sick time, a floating holiday, and paid time off for all major holidays. There are many more reasons I love working for ABC, but I'll just end it here.
Cons
No retirement, but they balance this with great medical, dental, & vision coverage, as well as all of our paid time off. Can't complain, because there are many companies that can assist with retirement, it doesn't need to be through your place of work.
