      Cons

      Over worked, underpaid, short on staff where it is needed and over staffed where it is not needed. Long hours, expected to work off the clock regularly and during break. Manger her self did not know the product to it's full and lied to often.

      Pros

      Start at almost the going market rate.

      Cons

      No training. No support. Lack of District Supervisors' understanding of the "boots on the ground" requirements of the position. Property managers are disposable. Discriminates against Employees with Handicaps.
