It used to be that ABC would request input from employees on their pilots every year. That system is no longer and ABC is continually putting out terrible programming that just won't work. No clear identity as a network. Titles are tossed out like beads during Mardi Gras. The structure is such that once you reach a certain level, you're done; there is no more opportunity for growth. No real feedback on performance - everything is just fine and you're "right on track" because they don't want you to select "moving ahead" (that would be bad).
