Pros
The salary was about in the average range for what I was doing. Managers would leave you alone if you at least appeared to be working. The shared mission for all employees is really something you can feel; this company truly believes in serving the end customer, which in our case is the patient. Great camaraderie, superior reach and span for healthcare in Texas.
Cons
Experiencing growing pains. Promoting people to management positions and hiring new mangers who were inexperienced or just didn't care as long as they got a pay check. The resources have not caught up to the growth. People are almost universally stretched to capacity, if not beyond
