Pros
At this point, there are really no pros to this company, which is rapidly disintegrating and will probably be bankrupt or sold for pennies on the dollar within the next year or two.
Cons
Just went through yet another bloody purge in which at least 10 people--many long-time, loyal employees--were unceremoniously terminated. Management lies and manipulates constantly and has no idea what it is doing from one day to the next. The vice president , who should have been fired YEARS ago, is an incompetent fool who shows ZERO regard or respect for those who work under him, even though many of his subordinates have better credentials, education, and expertise than he has. The president is also a clueless idiot and will promise anything to everybody and not follow through with any of it. Most of the editorial managers have NO people skills and are "managers" in name only.
