At time of hire, each employee is provided with a comprehensive job description, which not only outlines the primary and secondary job duties, but it also includes detail on how employees are to conduct themselves to adhere to ABC-Amega’s core values. Our standard operating procedures and best practices have been well-established.
ABC-Amega operates with an Open Door Policy by which any employee may freely bring concerns, including management, training and coaching, to the leadership or to HR. If an employee has ideas for process improvements, we encourage them to be shared. Any ideas brought to our attention are researched and tested for feasibility, then implemented if the idea is sensible.
