Pros
Lack of staffing gives active employees experience... in positions they never wanted... on top of their actual jobs.
Cons
Toxic, unprofessional, employees are verbally abusive and unwilling to learn and/or think they already know everything. 99% of the staff is lazy/entitled/whiny and extremely close-minded. Lack of accountability all around. Opportunities for growth limited; so desperate to hire they will accept anyone off the street regardless of experience and work ethic (which is nonexistent). Management is also toxic and unwilling to provide constructive criticism and feedback that can actually set staff (especially reporters and production crew) up for success. Instead, they choose to be cryptic instead of being straightforward and ACTUALLY TEACHING VALUABLE LESSONS that allow team members to grow. Don't work here unless you want to sign your life away for ~3 years and shave decades off your life. Morale is so low, literally everyone who works there is depressed and desperate for a way out.
