In 2024, the company reached a point of no return on this matter, as the hypocritical american management says one thing to your face but quietly does the exact opposite behind your back. Key employees are being fired one by one without warning, without knowledge transfer or password sharing, and without any compensation. Working in such a tense environment is extremely demotivating for the remaining employees. Judging by the new job openings, under the pretext of job transformation, there is preparation to replace highly qualified European employees with Indians. The fate and stability of the production environment are also causing great concerns. All previous top-notch engineers either left on their own or were fired for trying to defend their technically sound architectural solutions to their manager. These were true professionals with many years of experience in creating and operating the most complex systems.
