Hello, thanks for your feedback. It would seem as though you have a skewed view of our organization, and as such have left an inaccurate picture of our organization. Please give us a moment to correct some of your statements:
1) "The pictures of actual classrooms are not included on the website." - false. All photos on our website are in fact taken from inside of our clinic locations, not AI like others, so this is false.
2) "Except for 15-minute recess breaks outside, all clients and RBTs spend their day in a small room" - false
3) All spaces are strategically therapeutic and ABA Focused.
4) "The facility is old/unsanitary" - it is an older building, but the area is clean (everyday) unless an RBT has left it unsanitary.
5) "quality of ABA the clients receive is not great." - disagree. At the time you worked with us, for 2 days, you had one other RBT position for a total of maybe 6 months experience. Not sure your expertise qualifies you to make this statement.
6) We DO encourage touring of our facility for both employees and parents, we believe in our staff morale and client experience so would never turn down a request for a tour, and in fact encourage it. Ensuring our organization would be the best fit for you is always a smart career choice. Thank you! We have incorporated this into our interview process.
7) Communication is held in high regard at ABA Solutions, LLC. We have company policies re: communication that include proper chain of command, appropriate response timelines for both employees and management, and even automated systems (such as reminders) to ensure timelines are met and communication is seemless. Had you read your orientation package, you would be aware of communications protocols.
