Pros

Clinical teams for each case are always incredible people, easy to work with, helpful and knowledgeable. The families are great and the work is rewarding.

Cons

Scheduling is a consistent problem, they stopped giving raises even with excellent annual reviews, very little communication from outside the clinical teams, they constantly make RBTs train new hires without any extra compensation and little to no notice beforehand. They also say that there’s room for growth in the field but change the requirements suddenly once certain milestones are met.

Cons

BCBA’s, Mid-level supervisors, OPS/all support staff. Don’t waste your time with this company it’s completely unethical and uses retaliatory actions against anyone who brings up issues, asks for clarification, or questions anyone in a mid/BCBA level. Complete lack of support and ethics when it comes to clients, BCBA’s at this company are not in it for the right reasons and are just too comfortable to quit. The Regional Director (Stockton) came from another large ABA company that utilizes cult mindset to push out anyone who questions those in “leadership” so it makes sense why the company is ran the way it is now. BCBA’s, OPS and mid-levels would rather have clients go without services than to handle issues professionally.
