Friendly coworkers, supportive coworkers, good location, salary
Cons
Crazy hours, expected to work over 40 hours a week, benefits can change at a moment's notice, grey-area ethical decisions

We are glad you enjoyed your colleagues while at Pathways. We strive to create a culture in which staff not only feel included but feel successful at work!
Along that same vain, we not only want all staff to be successful at work but also in their personal life which is why we are always looking to increase our benefits packages! In the last year we added vision and dental insurance as well as a 401K plan. Staff are always well informed about the upcoming additions. Any changes and updates to policies are announced and discussed with staff in advance of implementation.
Exempt, salaried employees are contracted at a minimum of 40 hours a week or until the job has been completed.
Pathways abides by the BACB code of ethics, BHCOE standards, funding source requirements, and CARF standards.

Pros
Most jobs come with a good and a bad, each review should be taken with a grain of salt. This is probably the first place I’ve worked at where the supervisor is honestly invested in what their staff wants. She listens and she delivers.
Cons
It’s tough being at a site that is essentially an island from the others. Administrative staff is constantly revamping things that really do not need it, and they do it in a way that makes zero sense to staff that uses it daily.
