- Intelligent BCBAs that are overworked - Super cool RBTs who are tired of being spoken to passive aggressively - Clients with big personalities
Cons
- Little to no supervisor or admin support - Zero transparency about decisions that effect all employees by admin - PAY DOCKING WITH NO WARNING - Unauthorized use of employee PTO to cover cancelled hours - Expected to do the work of a supervisor as an RBT which is unethical - Infrequent and inadequate supervision - BCBAs spread far too thin so they can't provide effective supervision
