Cons
No advancement opportunities, Very cliquey culture, Supervisors seem to turn a blind eye to some staff behavior/ practices which is concerning in a clinical setting. Consistent scheduling and true 40 full time scheduling is not guaranteed given client cancellations. Overtime not available. Very prone to burn out given the nature of the job.
