Pros
Work atmosphere is really good. Start-up spirit is still present and, in general, employees get a lot of empowerment. It is great to be at a company that has leadership principles that it applies when hiring and according to which it works every day. Benefits for employees are really nice and activities are awesome.
Cons
ABA has grown so fast over the last year and there isn't enough space in the office for all of the employees. We have trouble with booking meeting rooms because they are always full.
