      Super flexible with schedule especially if you’re student Great for having in your resume especially if you’re pursuing psychology field Coworkers are super friendly and understandable Training is well run as well

      Underpaid compare to other companies No benefits unless you’re full-time

      Pros

      Very flexible hours and such a great work environment. Other employees are nice to work with. But the training is the best part... one of the head owners trains the employees himself with such detail and precision before sending them off to their first session.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best and there are no benefits but you have to consider this is a small company.
