Thank you for your review and marking us 5*, being surround by people who you enjoy working with definitely makes your job more enjoyable! Regarding the bonus, this is calculated the same across all department, 50% of the bonus is based on the company hitting financial targets and 50% is based on individual KPI's. Full bonuses were not achieved last year due to the company falling short of its financial target, this was the same for everyone across AB Dynamics. Pros

Great place to gain experience as a graduate, suitable for people who would like to take on responsibility Friendly people Interesting product line

Cons

Knowledge transfer is completely peer-to-peer, any documentation is either obsolete or non-existent. Pay below average, does not reflect responsibility Abysmal management communication, and questionable business decisions. This management style makes the engineers non-productive.

As a business that has gone through some rapid growth, we recognise that in some cases our process and documentation may not have kept up, this is something we are continually working on. Regarding communication, we recently started a quarterly group newsletter and have further steps planned to improve communication across the company.
