Really really suitable for free-riders, as management is almost non-existent (everyone is busy playing around with politics: same as the other comment here!)
Cons
Payment of salary might be late No clear direction of where the company is heading Many promises that almost amount to being fake: including medical care coverage, bonuses, etc. A lack of policy to retain talents
