      Pros

      The organization offers great benefits and salary packages. They have a great work life balance/ The organization strives to really put the needs of seniors on the forefront of every decision they make.

      Cons

      Depending on your position it is hard to move up. I have found that rather then promoting from within they would prefer to hire from outside the company.

      Pros

      I was able to take on multiple responsibilities, like research and volunteer engagement, with consideration of my time and workload from school.

      Cons

      At times, I felt like my work wasn’t as important or could’ve been done by my supervisors, especially when projects were close to completion, they would be altered but I understand it was for time efficiency.
