3yI am sorry to hear this employee had a negative experience at Aardy. I am not sure when they were employed, but Aardy has added health insurance recently and has six paid holidays.
Regarding the 4x10 schedule, I understand the frustration. It was an unfortunate incident and Aardy is taking steps to ensure nothing like that happens again.
Aardy understands other companies offer remote work. We certainly don't consider it the only benefit needed to ensure our employees are happy, but it is a still a benefit and we will always list it as so.
We wish this employee the best in their future endeavors and we appreciate their feedback.
