      You are just a number as the only concern is a profit, risking the safety of the aircraft that leave this facility

      Cons

      The management is so disconnected of what happens on the floor. They will not invest in the safe working of their employees but will buy all the management new desks and ergonomic working chairs.

      Pros

      Coworkers are sometimes great. Supervisors are ok.

      Cons

      Shift managers are arrogant and destroying team morale. The toxic leadership is destroying the team that is still there and forcing them to look for work elsewhere.
