Pros

Flexible. Has the AAR Cares program - which helps those in need.

Cons

Needs better management. Needs more people. Needs more hangar space for the amount of A/C onsite. Needs better communication. Needs to find better ways of motivating and appreciating personnel. Needs to not rehire people who have quit after receiving training or who has been fired, just to "meet the hiring numbers". Needs to upgrade their internal system - it's too antiquated. Needs better medical benefits, that's cost effective based on our economy. Needs to improve pay - which is a driver for keeping talent and to help with the rising economy prices. Needs to hold everyone accountable to following policies and procedures - all day, every day - not just when it's convenient. Needs better training. Needs better organization throughout the facility.

Pros

good pay and that's it.

Cons

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
