      Toxic management culture Values are just wall decorations. Poor pay No recognition No merit increases No performance reviews No objective scale for performance measurement or rating. Bonuses completely subjective and as per manager discretion.

      Pros

      Coworkers are sometimes great. Supervisors are ok.

      Cons

      Shift managers are arrogant and destroying team morale. The toxic leadership is destroying the team that is still there and forcing them to look for work elsewhere.
