Pros

I'd been struggling with personal health issues and they were still willing to take a chance on me. I get to work 4/10's. I needed a real full time job and they gave it to me. There is no shortage of work that I can see. They have an extensive training regimen before you can start on your own. On multiple occasions I have been stopped by other employees and informed that opportunities exist should I wish to move up. Oh and they respect my fellow veterans and I for our service.

Cons

The mailing of the paychecks. I was able to sign up for direct deposit a week after I had started. However I was informed by pay roll that I had missed some sort of a cutoff, and that my next three or four paychecks will be mailed. Now I'm waiting for checks in the mail three to five days after payday. That wasn't the only pay issue that I had. I was shorted a days pay on my last paycheck and that required a lot of runaround to get resolved.

Pros

good pay and that's it.

Cons

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
