Pros
Beautiful well maintained facilities, employees are friendly and helpful.
Cons
Very poor management skills, there is no proactive culture or basic planning skills. The beatings will continue culture and constant need to threaten peoples jobs, creates a very low morale among employees, you get a lot " it's not my job " comments, wich is very detrimental to a work team environment, most of the problems with quality and accidents at this facility is a direct cause of poor management.
