I worked at Aapna for a decent amount of time and while my experience was pretty good at the start, the company's management style has changed a lot over time, in a negative way. - Most of the positive reviews that can be seen at glassdoor are being pushed by the HR team and don't really provide the whole picture. - They promote WFH as if it is such a huge benefit for employees. But in reality, it's a huge benefit for the company because they will expect u to be available day and night, whenever it is required. - They have a tendency to push their employees to do tasks that don't really come under the work profile. They will make fake promises of upcoming projects related to your work profile but you will just keep on waiting. - Too much micro-management. They expect all employees to log each and every task that they spend time on and also mention the hours spent. And apart from this, they keep a software running to monitor your screen activity which also takes random screenshots. - The company believes in self-learning, a bit 'too much'. Most of the so-called experienced employees and higher management don't have any technical knowledge themselves. So if your goal is to be in an environment where you are expecting to learn from experienced people, steer away from here.
