Don't go by all the positive reviews written about this company. They are all written by the company's management. If you want to get a good idea about this company, go through the following points. 1) Just because the company's management is giving permanent work from home for all employees, they feel that they can treat the employees however they want. They have the wrong idea that the employees won't work properly in a WFH setup if they are not constantly pressurized. They will expect the employees to stretch well beyond their actual working hours almost everyday. They will ask for hourly update from all managers. Managers will have to submit their own updates as well as their team's updates every hour. They will literally suck the life out of every single employee. 2) The management makes a lot of false promises to get experienced professionals from top level IT companies on board. Once they on board, they will start taking the employees for granted and will load them heavily with several tasks. In some cases, the management will force the employees to perform a totally different role from what they agreed in the interview. If the employees question the management, they will talk in an extremely unprofessional way. 3) The CEO is an extremely conniving person. If an employee asks for hike/ performance bonus, he will simply say that the company is not doing so well and will close the conversation. He is a very poor paymaster. There is no recognition at all even for performers. 4) There is absolutely no job guarantee. Anything can happen anytime. 5) The attrition rate of this company is extremely high. No experienced employee will stay there for a long time. 6) The work culture is very poor. 7) The management is extremely autocratic. They won't take any inputs from anybody. They will expect employees to act as puppets. 8) If an employee leaves, he/she has to literally plead with the management for settlement and relieving letter. 9) There is absolutely no work life balance. Continuing to work for a long time in this toxic setup might lead to burnout.
