Pros
AAPC is growing a lot! This creates opportunities for movement within the company. The atmosphere is very friendly; a great working atmosphere. We have fun and work hard. I have been frustrated with the management with a lot of other companies. I haven't felt that at AAPC. I have loved the management. They are down to earth, and willing to help with anything. AAPC is really soul searching and looking to improve. They involve the employees in every aspect of the company.
Cons
With growth comes growing pains, sometimes we have problems with technology. Most problems get resolved quickly, I get a little frustrated when it slows down my work, but overall these problems are minor, and happen infrequently. It's a long commute for me too.
