The people are good and enjoyable. The place is prime for improvement and standardization where applicable.

Cons

The management was not the highest quality. We did not have a project planner or implementation specialist/coordinator to track and document project and their milestones.

Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there.
