      Profit Sharing Some of the employees are great people to know Hour were long but off 14 days of a month Became team leader within 6 months

      Management is terrible I was promised a job in upper management but when the time came I was overlooked Management listens to nobody and if your not friends and a yes man or woman you will never be a supervisor or manager of any type

      Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there. Insurance is a joke. most of Upper management is part of a few families, no growth opportunities unless you are a part of that cliche,
