There are absolutely no pros to working at AAON.

Cons

Poor mangagement who doesn't understand how to communicate with each other and to their employees. The CFO is purposely tanking the company to spite his Father's disapproval of him for years.

Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there.
