      There are a lot of nice people at AAON. If pay is not a problem then you can just work your 8 hours and live life.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement of your career. Only a few good engineering management positions. Pay.

      Cons

      Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there. Insurance is a joke. most of Upper management is part of a few families, no growth opportunities unless you are a part of that cliche,
