      Horrible insurance/benefits (described to me as "off the wall"), hostile work environment, micromanagement from upper leadership, nonexistent work life balance, forced overtime that violates their own company policies

      Cons

      Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there. Insurance is a joke. most of Upper management is part of a few families, no growth opportunities unless you are a part of that cliche,
