It's fairly decent pay for a job that only requires customer service experience

staff was terrible there are allot of homosexual staff, which is not an issue at all, but many had slept with each other, and they would go out to work functions and gossip about it, or spend their work day doing the same. Barely any sales calls would come through, just customer complaints about huge price increases on their insurance policies. Management only care about sales. The highest employee turn over! I don't know how they find so many new staff members all the time. I was hired in a group of 22, and by month 5, 21 had left, 2 left within 2 weeks of training. Most left a week after training, because it just wasn't worth it.
