The manager was very responsive and friendly. Glad to work here as an intern.

There were really no cons in my internship experience

1. Onboard of job was well. 2. Pay rate was good and paying on time

1. Make the person work on Saturdays too, still they will use the people like anything who can deliver the project good. 2. Candidate who works for OZ is a use and throw material. 3. Less encouragement and motivation in the work. 4. Let go people who understand the project and who is aligned with the project to deliver the work. 5. OZ is very less dissatisfied with people who does small mistakes too. 6. Not recognizing people who are hard working to deliver the project. 7. Does not provide laptop machines to the people who work in their projects. 8. Very less value to work delivered by the consultants. 9. No advance notice to people to someone whom they want to let go and they give surprise by making statement "last on the project".
