Pros

Supportive Work Environment – The company promotes teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect among employees. Learning and Growth Opportunities – It provides opportunities for continuous learning, skill enhancement, and professional development. Positive Organizational Culture – The workplace maintains a professional, ethical, and employee-friendly culture. Work-Life Balance – The organization encourages a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. Career Development – Employees are given opportunities to take on new responsibilities, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow within the organization.

Cons

Student Discipline – There is scope for improving student discipline and ensuring consistent adherence to institutional rules and classroom etiquette. Professional Grooming and Dress Code – Greater emphasis on students' dressing sense and professional grooming would better prepare them for industry expectations. Student Behaviour Towards Faculty – Stronger measures to promote respect, professionalism, and positive communication between students and faculty would enhance the academic environment. Excessive Documentation – Administrative and documentation requirements are extensive, which often reduces the time available for teaching, mentoring, and academic innovation. Academic Policy Implementation – More consistent enforcement of academic policies related to attendance, punctuality, assignments, and classroom conduct would improve overall educational standards.

Pros

Working as an HR Executive at AAFT since 7 months and I've had good exposure to HR activities which would also be helpful for my future. The HR team is so supportive, and I've been able to pick up new skills quickly, and take ownership of projects as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place with a decent learning curve.
