      Smaller class sizes and Principals and staff who really care about students

      Great students and pays well

      Cons

      Singles out employees, if you leave or contract is not renewed, you will not get any bonus money, even with legal help. Management will rake employees through the coals for doing something wrong, but then do that same thing at a school-wide presentation
