Have been able to secure work for employees, year round, with dependable customers, furnishing them service in construction and commercial/industrial painting & sandblasting
Cons
As this is considered to be a small corporation, SERVICE is what has made it work, and the down side is that employees must be available in the event of customer emergencies, so may require holiday and/or week ends for employees to be required to work
