Company culture is psychologically unsafe and people are afraid to speak candidly. Favoritism, nepotism and bullying abounds. Gossipy, clique-like middle school culture displayed from employees and management. People are favored based on friend groups not due to competency. Company as a whole is severely behind with technological advancements. Generally, compensation is very low compared to same job functions in overall industry. Cool kids vs. uncool kids middle school group think culture - you will definately feel like you have stepped back into 8th grade in many of the departments here at the club. Too much control from project leads and management. Advice to job seekers: People at a mid-career level should look elsewhere.
