      You get to work in an office by yourself and have awesome people at other stores and at corporate available to you all day long. The district manager is always willing to help you with whatever you need. We are moving in the right direction.

      Ok salary...pretty low based on my on line research about salaries in this position.

      Cons

      Where to begin... The terms of my offer letter changed a few days after hire. No training at the corporate level. Higher ups of the company are always at corporate, but never took time to teach me anything about the position or my daily activities. No room for growth. Work schedule provided no work life balance. Worked 8am to 7pm nightly, with a half day every other Saturday (goes back to the offer letter thing)
