      Free membership IF you live in their territories.

      Cons

      No focus on growth. On my way out the door I told my manager the need to start my role out at more than I was currently making with an MBA. After a number of us left, I found the job posting for our role and it was miraculously where I suggested it be. Work life balance obtained during COVID has been taken away.

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
