Where to begin? Over the years there have been some great people come through the doors only to be blindsided by the owner and let go. You seldom know where you stand. The culture is run via fear and insincerity and all of this starts with the owner who has never run or been trained about how to lead people let alone a company. To make matters worse the landscape has changed for AA Metals and their traditional way to import and distribute material is changing dramatically and they have a dying value prop. There are also some strange things occurring with business units losing money, millions tied up in slow and overpriced inventory and dubious cash flow. This company is 100% Chinese owned and they rarely stand behind damaged or sub par products delivered to their customers.
