Pros

Free food on Friday and clean facilities.

Cons

Toxic environment, no upward mobility, unethical business practices. It is simply not a healthy place to work. Additionally, the CEO/owner heavily favors the Chinese nationals that he brings into the organization. He literally gives careers and the best positions to Chinese nationals (H1B) over US citizens that are perfectly capable of performing in these roles. He does this for control and lower pay. I question the legality of it. Very high turnover as well.

Pros

I've really enjoyed my time at AAM. The team and employees here genuinely care about the work they do, and it shows in the pride they take in their day-to-day involvement. It’s a great environment where people are engaged, collaborative, and willing to support one another. One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of community. The company makes an effort to create a fun and inclusive culture with small office events that bring everyone together. It’s a great way to break up the workday and build stronger relationships across teams. Like any company, there’s always room for improvement, but overall, my experience has been positive. If you’re willing to work hard and stay engaged, there are real opportunities to grow and build a career here. I’m grateful to be part of a team that values both the work we do and the people behind it.

Cons
