Going downhill - Motor Claims Handler AA Insurance Employee Review

Hybrid environment has been brought into enforcement where any new position or role change is hybrid only, for Auckland mostly, meaning anyone who is WFH living remotely from Hamilton or Auckland cannot change role. I have also experienced career sabotage where I could not even get interviews for positions I am qualified for. I have been with the company for many years and this change is actively giving me reason to search for another job.
